Request deletion
Email social@iknowart.com with the subject “Delete my iKnow Art account”, or send the same request from Support while signed in. Please include:
- The email address on your account, or
- If you signed in with Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, the name or username shown on that account, so we can find your iKnow Art account.
Requests sent from Support while signed in are the fastest, because they come from your own account. Otherwise we may ask you to confirm the request from that account before we delete anything.
What happens next
- We confirm your request within 3 business days.
- Within 30 days we delete your account, profile, addresses, saved payment-method references, wishlist, messages and marketing preferences, and any data we received from Google, TikTok, Facebook or Instagram (name, profile photo and account ID).
- If you are an artist, your store and listings are removed. Payouts that are still pending are settled first.
- We keep only what the law requires, such as order, payment and payout records for tax and accounting (typically up to 7 years), and we don't use them for anything else.
- We email you when deletion is complete, if you gave us a real email address.
Remove iKnow Art from your social account
Deleting your iKnow Art account doesn't change anything in your social accounts. To stop the connection on their side as well:
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → iKnow Art → Remove.
- Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Active → iKnow Art → Remove.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions → iKnow Art → Remove access.
- Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services → iKnow Art → Delete all connections.
Only want to stop emails?
You don't need to delete your account. Turn marketing emails and texts off in Profile, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
